He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Fillyaw and Selma Fillyaw; and his sister Elois Fillyaw. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Fillyaw of Jasper, Texas; his children, Roy Fillyaw (Jackie) of Jasper, Texas and Rhonda Fillyaw of Kingwood, Texas; his granddaughter Brandy Fillyaw; and his great grandchildren, Hayden Matheny and Hailey McDaniel.
