She was predeceased by: her daughters, Cynthia Lewis and Regina Ray. She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Lewis and Jerry Lewis; her brothers, Lonnie Burns of Jasper, Glenn Burns of Kountze and Gene Burns of Lumberton; and her spouse Bud Lewis. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
