He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Clinton Barrington and Sarah Elizabeth Barrington. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Marie Barrington of Jasper, Texas; his children, Brooke Marie Barrington Pipher (Greg) of Cypress, Texas, Brandy Elizabeth Barrington of Montgomery, Texas and Benjamin Roy Barrington (Kristina Curry); and his siblings, James "Jamie" Alan Barrington (Pat) of Jasper, Texas and Lela "Nan" Barrington Jeane of Santa Rosa. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
