He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dunn and Georgie Dunn; his wife Patsy Dunn; and his siblings, Arvol Dunn and Madge Stine.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Dunn of Jasper and Debby Dunn (Tom McDaniel) of Jasper, Texas; his grandchildren, Josh Dunn, Jessia Smith (Neil), Jacob Dunn and Chelsey Thornton; his great grandchildren, Jacy Wallace, Jordan Smith, Jesse Smith, Justin Smith (Kyrstin) and Joanna Smith; and his great great grandchild Ella Smith.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Little Hope Primitive Baptist Church. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at the Little Hope Cemetery (1155 Co Rd 142, Jasper, TX 75951).
