It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold James Saari of Jasper, Texas, born in Cook, Minnesota, who passed away on July 31, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Saari and Ida Saari; his siblings, Floyd Saari and Audrey Leenhouts; and his brothers-in-law, Keith Leenhouts and John Reynolds.

He is survived by: his wife Dot; his daughter Conya Koch; his granddaughters, Amber Lynch (Michael), Shelby Murray (Sean) and Katy White (Justin); his great grandchildren, Jayden Bonvillian, Landon Gerth, Caleb Gerth and Olivia Murray; and his nephews, Bill Leenhouts and Jim Leenhouts (Kathy).

Memorials may be made to First Methodist Church Music Ministry, 329 N. Bowie St., Jasper, TX 75951.
