He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Miller of The Woodlands, Chad Miller of Lumberton, Texas and Regina Ross (Murphy) of Jasper, Texas; and his sister Estelle Leary of The Woodlands, Texas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
