She was predeceased by: her parents, Alan Johnston and Evelyn Johnston; her siblings, Janice Irvin and Richard Johnston; and her sister-in-law Brenda Johnston.
She is survived by: her daughter Dixy Grimes (Justin) of Donie, Texas; her grandson Townes Grimes of Donie, Texas; and her sisters, Glenda Goates (Keith) of Sam Rayburn and Wilda Johnston of Woodville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
