David Solly Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Solly (Jasper, Texas), born in Hemphill, Texas, who passed away on September 18, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Elray and Julie Othell Solly; his siblings, Billy Ray and Gaynell; and his grandson Brant.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley S. Solly; his children, Shannon (Rachel) of Tyler, Angela Bollinger (Jamie) of Frisco and Lindsey Jacks (Daniel) of Avalon, Texas; his grandchildren, Reuben, Esther, Eva, Phoebe, Iris, Levi, Fiona of Tyler, Brooke, Blake, Breslin of Frisco, Paige and Evan of Avalon; and his sisters, Linda Warner (James) of College Station and Faye Buteaud (Brooks) of Harrisburg, Texas. He is also survived by 2 nieces and their children and grandchildren.
In an effort to protect each other from COVID-19 infection we ask that you comply with CDC Social Distancing Guidelines as well as Governor Greg Abbott's request that a face covering be utilized before entering this facility. Funerals are currently a public event being held during the national response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
