He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Cunningham and Delsia Cunningham; and his brothers, Dexter Allen Cunningham, Roy Wayne Cunningham, Ron Montgomery and Carl Edward Cunningham.

He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Burkhart (Michael) of Cub Run and Thomas Woosley (Denise) of Fostoria. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
