She was predeceased by: her husband Ruel K. Horn; her parents, Jessie Ora Glenn Smith and Clarence Griffin Smith; and her sister Mabel Walker Lindsey. She is survived by: her sons, Craig Kenneth Horn (Nancy) of Jasper and Ross Alan Horn (Lorna) of Jasper, Texas; her grandchildren, Nathan Eli Horn and Victoria Anne Molenda (Nathan); her great grandchild Elaina Molenda; and her stepgrandsons, Cory James Ellison and Michael Blake Ellison.
