She was predeceased by: her parents, Cora King and Albert King; and her siblings, Irving (I. L.), Alvin (Pete), Ollie King and Marie Catron.

She is survived by: her husband Harold Stanford of Jarrell; her brothers, Edward King of Salado and Robert King Sr. (Rita) of Granger, Texas; her grandchildren, Christine Purkey-Benson, Angela Hall, David Purkey, Amanda Miertschin and Macy Becker; and her great grandchildren, Ivan Modkins, Kialee Modkins, Gavin Purkey, Ava Purkey, Henley Purkey, Jagger Purkey, Analise Drabent, Devin Miertschin, Corbin Miertschin, Rylynn Miertschin, Osi Milligan and Shawn Benson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
