He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Curtis Neel and Bettye Neel (O'Toole); his wife Sue Neel (Sherry); his son-in-law Dusti Neel (Jeremy Jamrog); his grandson Evander Morrow; his siblings, Chris Neel, Tony Neel and Sherrie Carlton; and also Gary. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
