She is survived by: her son James Nelson Hughes (Connie Hughes); her grandchildren, Lisa Hughes Smartt, Megan Nicole Hughes, Jason Brim Copeland, Seth Rollin Copeland and Jacob Leslie Hughes; and her son-in-law Bruce Hendrixson. She is also survived by friends and extended family.
