He is survived by: his wife Hazel Hamby; his daughters, Cherrie Charles (Jack Charles) and Sheila Ashabranner (Terry Ashabranner); his grandchildren, James Moon, Tasha Price, Melanie Moon, Tiffany Thompson and TJ Ashabranner; his great grandchildren, Cody Moon, Justin Moon, Kinsley Price, Gavin Thompson, Brody Thompson and Brooklyn Ashabranner; and his siblings, Bobby Hamby, Donnie Hamby, Patsey Pickens and Barbara Ann Bachelor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
