It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Dominy of James, Texas, born in Livingston, Texas, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles J. Gerlach, Jr. and Ruth "Dotsy" O'Hara Gerlach; her sisters, Gretchen Chambers and Marjory Brasfield; and her aunt Isabel E. Gerlach.
She is survived by: her husband James Tommy Dominy of Livingston; her daughter Lynne Dominy; her grandchildren, Jessica and Spencer Dominy; her nieces, Bari Geeslin, Cecilia Law and Carol Chambers; her nephew Charles Brasfield; and her sister-in-law Annette Lowe (Bobby Lowe). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19, a virtual memorial service will be held prior to interment.
