She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Farmilette and Edna Farmilette (Miller); and her brother Frank Farmilette, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James Milton O'Neal; her sons, James O'Neal (Lori) and John O'Neal (Stefanie); her grandchildren, Connor, James Patrick, Jr., Avery, Cade, Carson and Colton; and her brothers, Mike Farmilette and Mark Farmilette.
