It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regulo C. Garcia Jr. (James, Texas), born in Hebbronville, Texas, who passed away on September 12, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Régulo Garcia and Evangelina Garcia; and also, Joe and Patsy Valerio. He is survived by: his spouse Esmeralda V. Garcia; his children, Régulo Garcia III and Maricela Torres (Salvador); his grandchildren, Chelsie Montemayor (Miguel), Zana, Tatiana, Sadie and Jaxon Garcia; his great grandchildren, Benjamin and Sophia Montemayor; his siblings, Eliseo Garcia (Martha) and Marta Jaime (late Heriberto Jaime); and his sister-in-law Adalgiza Garcia (late Baldemar Garcia). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
