He was predeceased by: his father James Edward Nettles; his grandparents, W. E., Elizabeth Nettles, Clinton and Margaret Gau; and his siblings, Debra E. Nettles and Richard Edward Nettles.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Joyce Nettles of Anahuac; his wife Misty Ann Nettles of Double Bayou; his children, Glinda Wells of Hankamer, Ashley Bearden of Hankamer and Cassie Bradberry of Tecumseh, Missouri; his grandchildren, Paisley, Brooklyn and Gunner Wells of Hankamer; and his brother Jeffrey Paul Nettles of Georgetown. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
