He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Bowen and Bobbie Bowen (Davis); his wife Tana Harrell; and his children, Jeff Bowen (Rebecca) of Flower Mound, Bryan Bowen of Bedford and Tonya Combest (Kevin) of Lubbock.
