It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melanie Pemelton (James, Texas), born in Harlingen, Texas, who passed away on November 28, 2019, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Fergus Reynolds and Mary Reynolds Neese; and her brother Fred Reynolds. She is survived by: her husband James Kelly; her daughters, Taylor Rey and Jordan Kelly Pemelton; her sisters, Danna Berger and Alison Reynolds; and her brothers-in-law, Jeff Pemelton (Stephanie) and Austin (Katherine). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
