He was predeceased by: his parents, Clingman Bills and Mamie Bills (Weber); and his siblings, Gerald Bills, Patsy Bryant and Donald Bills.
He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Bills and John Bills (Terrie); and his sister-in-law Anna Bills. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
