She was predeceased by: her parents, John Turner and Ruby Turner (Honea); and her sister Wanda Lou Bergdahl. She is survived by: her husband James Dalby of West; her sons, Brad Tate of Ft. Worth and Kevin Tate of Williston, FL; her stepchildren, Jami Valdez (Gilbert) of Lubbock, Michael Couch of Austin, Michelle Phillips (Curtis) of Burnet and Angela Overman (Jerry) of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Chance Tate, Emily Valdez, Alex Thomas, Krystal Valdez, Kaitlin Couch, Leah Couch, Jessica Couch, Ben Phillips, Ryley Overman, Russell Overman and Sydney Overman; her brother Jerry Turner; and her close friend Kerrie Kolacek. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Limited capacity, facial masks, and social distancing are required at all services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Church of Christ or the West Volunteer Ambulance Association.
