With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnnie Jackson of James, Texas, who passed away on February 21, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Minnie Pearl Butler. She is survived by: her husband James Jackson; her children, Tedra Woods (Lydale), Kiwona Wesson, Dr. Kimberly Ellison (Faron, Jr.) and Kiwon Pierson; her siblings, Melba Butler, Lois Smith and Olan Butler (Cassandra); her grandchildren, LaRozi Davis, LaJonte Davis, Trevion Johnson, Devion Johnson, Jayvon Pierson, Dominique Wesson, Eric Wakefield, Faron Ellison, III, Alexandria Towery, Emani Pierson and McKinley Ellison; her brothers, Henry Butler, Robert Butler, Tommie Butler and Leslie Butler; her granddaughter McCarley Ellison; her nephew Thaddius Butler; and her son-in-law Jimmy Wesson.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 12pm, Chapelwood Memorial Gardens 826 N. Kings Hwy, Wake Village, TX 75501, Adhere to all COVID-19 restrictions.
