He was predeceased by: his parents, William Aubrey and Louise Marshall (Wade). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Marshall; his children, Kay Marshall Wendeborn of Wichita Falls and James Marshall Jr. (Erin) of Miami, Florida; and his sister-in-law Frances Lowe Stewart. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
