It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Tullis of James, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eli Albert and Sherlene Strey (Carusella); her husband James E. Tullis, Jr.; her children, James Tullis, Jennifer Becka (John), Julie Rodriguez (Albert) and Jessica Rackler (Jonny); her grandchildren, Shelby, John "Bubba", Zoey, Jayden, Jackson, Jase, Avery and Eli; and her brother Jackie Strey (Diane). She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
