She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Hawkins and Fern Hawkins; her husband James C. Counts; her daughter Rebecca Lucile Counts; and her brother David Hawkins.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Counts (Ruby) and Ann Counts McNeill (David); her grandchildren, Richard, Daniel, Patrick, Christy and Joshua; and her great grandchildren, Jayce, Layne, Jared, Siena, Alexis, James, Kylie and Courtney.
