She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Karger and Minna Kammlah Karger; her siblings, Hugo, Rudolph, Felix, Emil, Stanley, Walter and Sarah; and her husband James M. Dowlearn.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra L. Ginder (George), Melody K. Howard and Douglas R. Dowlearn (Andrea).
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a 40-person maximum will be allowed in the chapel at one time.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Esther's memory may be made to the First Baptist Church of Blanco, Texas or the New Century Hospice of Kerrville, TX.
