It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Roland Pugh (James, Texas), born in Oakwood, Texas, who passed away on July 21, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas David Pugh and Annie Mae Weir Pugh; his daughter Alicia Allene Pugh Gomez; and his siblings, Hugh L. Pugh, James Pugh, David E. Pugh, Faye Cobel, Dorothy Ortiz, Louise Scott, Margie Benavides and Daisy Wertz.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kaye Engle; and his children, Roland Dale Pugh of Houston Texas and Annie Louise Mendoza (Carlos) of Longview. He is also survived by 6 Grand Children and 4 Great Grand Children and many Nieces and Nephews.
