She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Williams and Lula Williams; her brother John Williams; her son Gary Lee Phillips; her granddaughter Sara Phillips; and her siblings, Walter and Debbie.
She is survived by: her husband Jim; and her brother Roger (Ruth Ann). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
