Clark and Joan Riley Clark; his mother-in-law Betty Lou Duke Clark; his wife Betty Lou; his great grandchild Jameson Sample; his sister Robene Chancellor (Homer); his sons, Mark (Stacey) and Matthew (Janet); his grandchildren, Amy Sample (Jason), Sara Prendergast (Dan), Michael Clark (Carri), Madison Lemkowitz (Adam), Katie Clark and Mason Clark; his great grandchildren, Lindsey, Colt, Emma, Kathryn, Caroline, Drew and Lucas; and his pet Duchess. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
