He is survived by: his wife Diana Stegall; his mother Betty Simon; his children, Anna Marie Taylor, Stephen Stegall and Wesley Stegall; his siblings, Kenneth Stegall, Jr. and Kathy Stegall; and his granddaughter Alissa Nichole Voss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
