She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lee and Velma Pearl Willis (Lacy); her brothers, Richard Wayne Willis and Ronald Williams; her daughter KaShunda Rodgers; her sisters, Vickie Cox and Mary Alice Willis; and her granddaughter Ka'Leigh Hinton.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Hinton; her children, Richard Hinton (Cobi) and Jessica Hinton; her siblings, Shelia Warren (Rudolph) and Randall Willis Sr.; and her grandchildren, Brianna, Jami, Aniya, Shaniya Rodgers, Jayla Bennet and Jaylon Hinton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Autry Funeral Home - Jacksonville (1025 E Loop 456, Jacksonville, TX 75766). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers or other memorial gifts, the family ask that donations be made to the Ruby N. Hinton Memorial Funds at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at http://www.fundraising.stjude.org , Shriners Children's Hospital or The American Cancer Society.
