Cook; her children, Jennifer Cole of New Summerfield, Courtney Bolton (Bryan) of New Summerfield and Scott Garrett (Tamara) of Fort Collins, CO; her sisters, Janice McMichael Joseph (David) of Jacksonville and Becky Rawlinson of New Summerfield; and her siblings-in-law, Theta Burns (Frank) of New Summerfield and Robert Rainey of Jacksonville.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Hayden Lutta, Garrett Tripp Bolton, Preslee Bolton, Dylan Garrett, Ellis Garrett, Margot Garrett and JJ Arnold; and her nieces and nephews, Josh McMichael, Reagan McMichael, Leslie McMichael Skaggs, Walter Cook Jr., Amanda Hesterly, Joan Cook and Joey Burns.
