He is survived by: his children, Maricarmen Lara-Chavez, Angelina Lara (Francisco Sanchez) and Edith Chavez (Cesar Ramirez); his grandchildren, Moises Ramirez, Jasmine Adame, Angelina Ramirez, Jayden Astorga, Javier Sanchez and Dulce Layne; and his great grandchild Arianelly Ramirez. He is also survived by many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
