We bid farewell to Billy Lacy of Jacksonville, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 1, 2025 at the age of 91. Billy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Lacy and Minette Lacy; his wife Annie Lacy; his siblings, Virginia Myers, Raymond and Calvin Lacy; and his daughter Louella McIntyre.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Kay Ramsey (Joe) of Jacksonville, Lyniece Ann Nesbitt (Jon) of Sulphur Springs, Julia Ann Herrera of Tomball, Jimmy Dean Weatherly of Jacksonville and Stephan Michael Weatherly of Houston; and his grandchildren, Richard Brooks, Michael Brooks (Meagan), Amber LaFavers (Garrett), Rebecca Kincade (Chris), David Herrera (Misti) and Julie Clements (Chris). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Autry Funeral Home - Jacksonville (1025 E Loop 456, Jacksonville, TX 75766). A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jarrett Cemetery.
