He is survived by: his wife Naomi Ruth Johnson; his children, Troy Dale Shields, Glenda Shields Stone (Gary) and Brenda Shields Elliott (Dale); his grandchildren, Troy Shields Jr., Aaron Stone (Miranda), Ryan Shields and Kayla Hilliard (Henry); and his great grandchildren, Dallas, Kaitlin, Kristen, Kinsley Aubrey (Adam), Caleb, Alena, Ashlynn and Ryann.
