He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvy Owen and Myrle Owen (Luttrell); and his spouse Georgeanna Lee Tompkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Martha Owen and Edward Owen; and his cousins, Fred Krenzke (Carol) and Neil Krenzke.
