It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert William Crombie in Jacksboro, Texas, born in New York, New York, who passed away on January 27, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Crombie and Betty Crombie (Lindsey). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Crombie; his children, Leann Johnson (Jason) of Jacksboro, Jennifer Thompson of Wichita Falls, Kristen Wellington (Roby) of Palm Springs and David Crombie (Kara) of Jacksboro, Texas; and his brothers, Tom Crombie and Richard Crombie. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
