She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harvey Wilkins King Jr. and Mada Lavina King (Pope); her husband Terry Reed; her sons, Robert Reed (Brenda) of Weatherford and Tim Reed (Amanda) of Boyd; her grandchildren, Danielle Reed Griffin (Adam) of Boyd, Ryan Reed (Katka) of Fort Worth, Taylor Reed Gates (Dalton) of Weatherford and Rachel Reed of Weatherford; her great grandchildren, Reed and Ava Griffin; and her siblings, Nancy Johnson of Decatur, Bonny King, Harvey James and Richard King.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 5th 2023 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Coker Funeral Home (152 TX-148, Jacksboro, TX 76458). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 6th 2023 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
