He was predeceased by: his parents, William Terrell Osborn and Violet Osborn (Thomason); and his wife Dorothy Ilene (Medley). He is survived by: his children, Stephen Osborn, Kathy Young and Terry Martin.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Southwest Baptist Church (718 W Mesquite St, Jacksboro, TX 76458).
