She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Laverne Phariss and Bertha Gladys Pharris (Bayne); her brothers, Michael and Dennis; and her son Joe Fowler.
She is survived by: her children, Lacy Westbrook and Billy Fowler (Ashley); her grandchildren, Brenton, Parker, Tripp, Kaden, Cohen, Kyle, Savannah, Aiden and Connor; and her siblings, Melissa Farris (Clinton) and Keith Phariss (Becky). She is also survived by nephews, extended family and friends.
