Hopkins (Jacksboro, Texas), born in Floydada, Texas, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Arnold Hopkins and Wanda Baxter Hopkins Inklebarger; his stepfather Inklebarger; and his brother Glenn Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Hopkins; and his daughter Mackenzie Hopkins. He is also survived by numerous extended family and close friends.
