He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lee Hartline (Kirkpatrick); his sons, Shannon (Sabrina Hartline), Jason (Amanda Hartline) and Shane (Chanda Hartline); his grandchildren, Abigail Hulme, Cody Hulme, Mckayla Hartline, Seth Hartline, Taylor M. Hartline, Taylor L. Hix and Trevor Hartline; his great grandchildren, Elaine Clements and Hynley Hulme; his aunt Rozelle Riley; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Vaught, Jimmy Kirkpatrick and Paul (Rita Kirkpatrick). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
