He is survived by: his wife Barbara Upton Parker; his children, Emily McRoberts (Chris), Rebecca Ingram and Gabriel Newby Parker, III; and his grandchildren, Isaac, Elliott, Oliver, Upton and Emerson. He is also survived by Twelve brothers and sisters-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews.
