He is survived by: his parent Shirley Dean Kavanaugh (Crawley); his wife Rhonda Kavanaugh (Miller) of Ivanhoe; his daughters, Shasta Kavanaugh of Ivanhoe and Chelsie Kavanaugh of Ivanhoe; his sisters, Sherry Minnick (James) and Karen Williams (Jerry); his mother-in-law Martha Miller; and his brother-in-law Craig Miller (Vickie). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
