He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Curtis; his children, Paula Curtis Pennington, Kenneth Curtis and Glen Curtis; his son-in-law David Pennington Jr.; his granddaughter Candace Edwards; his great grandchild Asher Edwards; his sisters, Mary Hendrickson (Curtis) of Denison Texas and Sally (Curtis); and his sisters-in-law, Patricia-Pat Curtis (Wakefield) and Doris Head (Matetzschk).
