He was predeceased by: his fathers, Charles Lawrence Lewis and Glenn Pauline Terry Lewis; his son James Lawrence Lewis; and his brother John Edward Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Bettye Acton; his nephew John Michael Lewis; his niece Nancy Acton-Caldwell (Alan); his great-nieces, Brittany and Christine Acton-Pime (Jeff); and also, Alyssa and Nick.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Itasca, the Masonic Lodge, or to Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors to help with funeral expenses.
