He is survived by: his parents, Joe Kozlovsky and Albina Kozlovsky (Halzan); his wife Josephine Rejcek; his parents-in-law, Willie and Lillie Rejcek; his brothers-in-law, Raymond Kapczynski, John Fall, Charles Phipps, Henry Rejcek, Clem Rejcek and Richard Rejcek; his granddaughter Amber Kozlovsky; his niece Janet Rejcek Roach; his nephew Randal Rejcek; his children, Monica of Itasca, Gregory (Cindy) of Weatherford, Jeffrey (Mayra) of Itasca and Brian (Marla) of Rusk, Texas; his grandson Mitchell; his stepgrandsons, Colby and Kyle Skinner; his granddaughters, Ali, Ava Kozlovsky of Rusk, Brenda Hernandez of Itasca and Lauren Eades of Springtown; his stepgranddaughter Jamie Sheofee; his stepgreat-grandsons, Ronan and Cameron; his sisters, Barbara Phipps of Aubrey, Betty Hrna (Gilbert) of Round Rock, Georgia Kapczynski of McGregor and Janey Fall of Allen; his sisters-in-law, Jenny Chmelar (Dennis) of Ennis, Adele Rejcek of Ennis and Dorothy Rejcek of Ennis; and also Josephine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He battled many health complications; bad heart, Covid, UTI, cancer, stomach and kidney trouble.
