She is survived by: her parents, William Dale and Kelly Nichole Barnard (Collins); her husband Rudy Chavez; her children, Haylin Brooke Barnard, Aiden Alexander Chavez, Angelica Nichole Chavez and Tyler McKay Barnard; her sister Casa Nichole Johns (Kyle); her parents-in-law, Angelica Chavez and Luis Chavez; and her sisters-in-law, Cielo Chavez and Linda Rodriguez. She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Her final act of kindness came in the form of saving the lives of others through organ donation.
