It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomasene Norton (Itasca, Texas), who passed away on April 27, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Burl and Gladys Sweeney (Deal); her husband James Richard; her sister Teto Underwood; and her mother-in-law Nettie Williamson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Ann Norton (Billy Griffin) and Joy Norton (Billy Griffin) of Burleson; her grandchildren, Corey Lee Griffin (Amy Holvek) of Burleson, Cleve Alexander Griffin (Mandi Shelley) of Katy, Tiffany Michelle Griffin and Timothy Nowells of Fort Worth; her great grandchildren, Brad Griffin of Weatherford, Dale Griffin (Emily) of Del Rio, Corey Lee Griffin of Shreveport, LA, Aden Griffin of Katy, Hunter Griffin of Katy, Kade Griffin of Katy, Chance Holvek of Burleson and Madison Holvek of Burleson; and her great great grandchild Adeline Ruth Griffin of Del Rio.
